The food prosecution register lists details of businesses or individuals that have been found guilty by a Court of a breach of the Food Act.

- Section 50 - Handled food intended for sale on the premises in contravention of a Prohibition Order (4 Offences).
- Section 41(1) - Obstruct and/or attempt to obstruct an authorised officer from accessing the premises (1 Offence).
- Section 39 - Fail to comply with a requirement of an authorised officer made under Division 1 part 4 of the Food Act 2001 (2 Offences).
- Section 86(1) - Fail to provide written notification in the prescribed form before conducting a food business (1 Offence).
